Becoming an Outdoors Woman Program Set for Sept. 14 to 16

Following a two-year break, Delaware’s Becoming an Outdoors-Woman program is back, and getting back to basics the weekend of Friday through Sunday, Sept. 14-16, with a new location, Lums Pond State Park near Bear.
